After seven years of construction one of the arches in new Chinatown, Cyrildene, Johannesburg, has officially been opened.┬áConstruction on the pair of ornate “gates” to Chinatown has cost millions that local business owners pooled together in order to have them erected. The arch resembles the architecture of similar arches that Chinatowns all over the world have.
